Nota: Jika anda adalah ahli di satu lokasi anda boleh berlatih di lokasi lain tanpa bayaran tambahan.
Semua Pemula & Pelajar peringkat sederhana dikehendaki melatih/menghadiri sekurang-kurangnya dua sesi seminggu. Tahap Lanjutan & BBC mesti menyasarkan 3 sesi seminggu. Ia juga merupakan keperluan untuk berlatih sekurang-kurangnya 15/30 minit di rumah apabila tidak berada di dalam kelas untuk menguatkuasakan semula perkara yang diliputi di dalam kelas.
