Inter-Club Shotokan Karate Championships Luton & Watford Clubs

Inter-Club Shotokan Karate JKA Academy Championships will be held on Sunday 6th October starting 10am at : Watford Leisure Centre Woodside, Horseshoe Lane Watford , WD25 7HH.

Competitors can enter Karate Kata , Karate Ju-Kumite,( Free Sparring) and Karate Pre-arranged sparring, such as five -step sparring, one-step sparring,and semi-free sparring.
